Where are you located?
We are located at 435 Spring Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana. We are the second building on the right hand side of Spring Street after you pass Chase Bank on the corner of Court and Spring. We are on the second Level. The Grapevine Salon Shares the Same entrance as CC Medi Spa. Upon walking thru the glass door, you will walk to the elevator and take it up to level 2.
Do I leave a tip with my Therapist or Tech?
We do accept gratuity and our Therapist greatly appreciate it. We recommend 20% of Service total, however it will always be up to the guest to leave any amount they with according to their service.
What are your hours of operation?
We are closed Sundays and Mondays. We are open Tuesday thru Friday From 10 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and open on Saturdays from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. We are closed some Holidays to ensure our Techs have time with family during the Holiday Seasons. We can make special arrangements for Sundays or Mondays, however the cost of service would be full pricing.
What Should I wear During my Massage or Facial Appointment?
We recommend that you should be comfortable during your treatments and wear loose clothing to enjoy your spa services and feel relaxed after your treatments with us.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend that guest should arrive at least 10 minutes before their service to ensure timing for service and traffic fluctuations.
What Type of payment do you take?
We take visa, master, American express, discover, check, cash, HSA, health savings and flex spending cards. If you are paying with check please make your check out to your therapist. Our Techs take their own payments.
How much is a One Hour Massage or Facial?
The price for a 60 minute Service is $70 with your choice of Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy or Swedish.
We do offer a monthly membership discount, free for 30 days. Please ask us about this on your visit with us.
**If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and 48 hours on packages of two or more services. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than the notice required by this Cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling made with 24 hours before service(s) will be charged 50% of the service. Cancellations or rescheduling made with 6 hours before service(s) will be charged 100% of the service.
