Types of Massages
Deep Tissue: Firm to deep pressure is applied to reduce tightness and release toxins within the muscles. Some techniques may feel uncomfortable at times but can make significant change within the body.Some guest may request specific areas to be worked on for faster relief
Trigger Point Therapy: Pin pointing specific spots within the muscle causing you pain can be released by ischemic pressure. This holding and releasing technique can be uncomfortable but the end result will release pressure from the nerves under the area.
Cranial Sacral: Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
Tandem Massage: The Ultimate experience in total wellness. Get 2 massages in one hour! Great for pain, swelling, deep tissue or just overall healing! You get 2 therapist one on each side of the body when lying face down or up. It’s your own couples massage. Completely professional, total indulgence!
Shiatsu Facial Massage: Shiatsu in Japanese means “finger pressure.” Shiatsu has become very popular in recent times. It is believed that finger pressure during the massage is an excellent prevention of colds, improves the digestive tract, metabolism, and has a positive effect on blood circulation. Shiatsu helps to resume performance, and unwind. Great for Sinus Pressure Release and headaches.
Swedish massage: Light to Moderate Pressure is applied to the body. Usually all areas are Moderately Massage to increase circulation, detoxification and over all wellness.
Prenatal Massage: For the Mother to be we provide a special table so that the guest can lay face down while unique bands are supporting the belly and baby. Enjoy a comfortable angle pillow while lying face up for comfort. Although Firm Pressure can be applied, Deep Tissue is usually not recommended. Mother to be must be out of her first Trimester before booking Her Massage.
Hot Stone Massage: Hot Creek Bed Rocks Are Applied to each area of the body. During the massage a Swedish technique of the rocks will be applied to each area of the body. Light to Moderate Pressure is usually applied in this service.
Injury Work: Specializing in Carpal Tunnel, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Stretching and Range of Motion Techniques. Some Techniques may be uncomfortable but displays significant results.
Aroma Therapy: Choose from any essential oil blend or single notes that enhance your sensory journey and overall health. We have a huge variety single notes and custom blends to choose from.
Reflexology: Begin by massaging the muscles of the foot, followed by pressure points in areas of tightness. Each pressure point corresponds to organs and body parts. This is great for plantar fasciitis and traditional foot pain. Hand, Feet or both may be worked on during your session.
Types of Facials
We offer a variety of different facials that can be customized for your skin.
Customized Facial: Using a verity of Glo Therapeutics products we can customize your Facial to treat Acne Skin, Dehydrated Skin and Combination Skin.
Massaging Facial: 5 step facial regiment of cleansing, toning, scrub, mask and hydration. Concentration on Facial muscles using trigger point, sinus pressure and neck and shoulder massage or hands and feet if desired.
Dermaplaning: Dermaplaning is a procedure for exfoliating the outer most layer of skin and ridding it of fine hair we tend to call peach fuzz. It’s a quick procedure that’s generally performed on the face.
Ultrasonic: The Ultrasonic Facial Machine is a machine with a paddle attached on the end of it that uses a low-frequency ultrasonic vibration to deeply penetrate dirt and grime on the face. It is completely safe and highly effective, with no downtime, redness or pain.
Micro-needling: Facial needling is known to be an effective treatment against aging elements like wrinkles, fine lines and skin stretching.
All Natural Exfoliation Facials
Enzyme Peel : From exotic fruits, good for most sensitive skin that needs a deeper exfoliation
Lactic Peel: From bilberries and mulberries, good for combination and regular skin tones to slough off dead tissue. Resulting in a shiny-taught skin tone
Glycolic 30% and 60%: 60% is used for Thick Skin and Severe Damage or Acne Skin. Great for Combination, Aging or Sun damaged Skin to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and reverse acne production.
Jessners Exfoliation: Jessner’s is a combination of three natural exfoliates of resorcinol, lactic acid, and salicylic acid. It goes a little deeper than a glycolic peel. The peel thru the epidermis to the junction of the epidermis and dermis. It is also used as a first coat in deeper medical peels such as a 35% TCA with Jessners.
