Types of Massages

Deep Tissue: Firm to deep pressure is applied to reduce tightness and release toxins within the muscles. Some techniques may feel uncomfortable at times but can make significant change within the body.Some guest may request specific areas to be worked on for faster relief. Add $10

Trigger Point Therapy: Pin pointing specific spots within the muscle causing you pain can be released by ischemic pressure. This holding and releasing technique can be uncomfortable but the end result will release pressure from the nerves under the area. Add $10

Swedish massage: Light to Moderate Pressure is applied to the body.  Usually all areas are Moderately Massage to increase circulation, detoxification and over all wellness.

Prenatal Massage: For the Mother to be we provide a special table so that the guest can lay face down while unique bands are supporting the belly and baby.  Enjoy a comfortable angle pillow while lying face up for comfort. Although Firm Pressure can be applied, Deep Tissue is usually not recommended.  Mother to be must be out of her first Trimester before booking Her Massage.

Hot Stone Massage:  Hot Creek Bed Rocks Are Applied to each area of the body.  During the massage a Swedish technique of the rocks will be applied to each area of the body.  Light to Moderate Pressure is usually applied in this service. Add $10

Injury Work or Therapy Work: Specializing in Carpal Tunnel, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Stretching and Range of Motion Techniques with Hot and Cold Therpaies. Some Techniques may be uncomfortable but displays significant results. Add $10

Aroma Therapy: Choose from any essential oil blend or single notes that enhance your sensory journey and overall health.  We have a huge variety single notes and custom blends to choose from.

Reflexology: Begin by massaging the muscles of the foot, followed by pressure points in areas of tightness.   Each pressure point corresponds to organs and body parts.  This is great for plantar fasciitis and traditional foot pain.   Hand, Feet or both may be worked on during your session. Add $10
